We’re excited to invite you and your group to tour our composting facility, where innovation meets environmentalism.
Schools, community organizations, businesses, environmental clubs, and more are invited to this learning experience offering a unique look into the science and benefits of composting.
- Please submit your request in advance—spots fill up quickly!
- Allow up to one week for approval.
- Arrive on time to help us stay on schedule. If you’re running late, give us a call.
What to Expect on Your Tour
- A 30- to 40-minute indoor presentation about the composting process, its benefits, and our facility operations.
- A 20-minute guided tour of the compost yard—either walking or driving, depending on weather and group needs. Driving tours require your group to provide a bus
- You’ll see towering piles of organic material to the final nutrient-rich compost—the full cycle in action.
Group Guidelines
- Tours are free and available Monday-Friday, 8am-3pm.
- We accept group sizes between 5 and 30 participants.
- Guests must be age 10 or older for safety reasons.
- Hard hats, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests are provided when needed.
- Closed-toe shoes are required—conditions may be dusty, muddy, or dirty depending on the weather.
- Filming is not allowed on the premises.
